Museum Tour

Day 1: Ulaanbaatar /D/

Arrival in Ulaanbaatar. A local English-speaking guide picks you up at the airport and takes you to your hotel***. Depending on your arrival time you have a half-day city tour including Sukhbaatar Square and Zaisan hill.

Day 2: Ulaanbaatar /BL/

In the morning have breakfast at your hotel. 09.00 tour guide and a bus will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to the National History Museum which is the biggest one in Ulaanbaatar. You can find the whole history of Mongolia here. After the museum does some shopping at the department store.

You can find high-quality cashmere and other souvenirs. After that have lunch and proceed to the Natural History Museum. Mongolia is famous for its dinosaurs’ skeletons which means you can find huge skeletons in this museum. You spend almost 90 minutes at the museum.

Day 3: Kharkhorin town /BLD/

After breakfast transfer to the ancient capital Kharkhorin. Today you drive about 360 km. But the road is not so bad. Visit Erdenezuu Monastery today. In the evening you can have hiked to the hill where you can see the Small wall of Mongolian ancient map.

Day 4: Ulaanbaatar /BLD/

In the morning you will visit the biggest museum in Kharkhorin town which shows you truly rare finds and interesting things found in the Kharkhorin region. Back to the Ulaanbaatar. In the evening visit the folklore show.

Day 5: Ulaanbaatar /BLD/

Today you explore regional museums. The first one would be the Choijin lama museum. Then Bogd Khaan Palace museum. After that visit Zaisan Hill where you can see the whole city.

Day 6: Departure /B/

Transfer to the airport. End of the tour and our services.
