Day 1. Sainshand East Gobi Province
Pick up you from the hotel, we will catch a morning train to Sainshand town. After arrival in the town, have a dinner in local restaurant then check in at a local hotel or tourist camp. (B/L/D)
Day 2. World Energy Center
After breakfast will visit Danzanravjaa Musuem in Sainshand and drive to the World Energy Center of Khamar Monastery 47 km. Explore Khamar monastery and the so-called energy center, and enjoy holy sites worshiped by locals. After some camel riding, we will drive back to Sainshand City to catch a night train. Catch a night train back to Ulaanbaatar. Overnight on the train. (B/L/D)
Day 3. Ulaanbaatar – Khustai National Park
Arrive in Ulaanbaatar, transfer to Khustai National Park.
The home of the Przewalski horses in Mongolia is the Hustai National Park. It is situated not far from the capital (60 miles), Ulaanbaatar, and with its beautiful scenery, and of course its biggest asset, the wild roaming Przewalski population and other wildlife, it is highly attractive for both researchers as well as tourists. Day 4. Mongol nomadic tourist camp, Chinggis statue, and Terelj National Park
After breakfast drive to a Mongol nomadic tourist camp. Enjoy a nomadic lifestyle and ride an ox-cart and yak. After lunch, drive to Chinggis statue. Chinggis Khan statue is located 54 km from Ulaanbaatar among beautiful natural scenery on the bank of river Tuul, in the place called “Tsonjin Boldog”, a memorial place connected with historic events.
The statue in total is 40m high from the surface erected at about 10 m high foundation and surrounded by columns. Far-sighted Chinggis Khaan holds a golden whip in his right hand. Recreation area, restaurants, and souvenir shops will be located in the column-surrounded base of the Statue, and from here visitors will ascend to the exhibition hall using the elevator at the back of the horse.
The visitors will walk to the head of the horse through the chest and back neck of the horse, where they can have farseeing and good panorama view over the complex area. Overnight in a tourist camp in the Terelj National Park. (B/L/D)
Day 5. Terelj National Park, Ulaanbaatar
Morning, enjoy beautiful natural surroundings and visit a local nomadic family. Then visit Turtle Rock and ride a horse to Ariyabal temple. After lunch drive back to Ulaanbaatar. Enjoy the Folklore show. (B/L)
